  • The deposit is refundable, except in the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows;

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit;

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice;

  • We are not responsible for delays or service failures caused by external factors (traffic, weather, unforeseen circumstances).

3. Payments and Financial Responsibility:

  • Clients are responsible for timely payments;

  • Services with unpaid or incorrect payment information may have the booking automatically canceled;
